What is paddle boarding? Exactly how it sounds! You stand on a board and you paddle.
But it’s actually so much more than that. It’s a great way to get closer to the saltwater life without completely disrupting it. It’s a fun, yet healthy way to enjoy being on the water. Paddle boarding requires core stability which in turn helps improve your overall balance. It’s a very low impact sport so that full body work out doesn’t actually feel like a full body work out. Wouldn’t you rather spend a couple hours peacefully paddling down the river, than in a sweaty, smelly old gym? It’s also a great cardio work out that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve just ran a mile!
